How to use Flax Seeds for Hair

The normal and easy way to use flax seed for hair is flax seed oil by simply massage oil on your hair scalp for about 10-15 minutes and rinse with shampoo as normal after an hour or can stay overnight whichever is comfortable and gives you shiny and silky hair.

Flax Seeds Gel:

If anyone wants silky straight home, just make flax seed gel at home. Ingredients:


2 tablespoons of raw flax seeds One cup water 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Half spoon olive oil


How to use flax seeds for hair
How to make: boil one cup of water in a pan. Put it in medium flame once it gets boiled. Stir 2 tablespoons of flax seeds in it for about 3-5 minutes, soak gel with cotton cloth immediately after remove from flame as it gets sticky and impossible to get gel away from flax seeds. Once your gel is ready, mix all remaining ingredients to the gel and stir well. Apply this from roots to ends , after 1 hour of stay rinse with shampoo as normal. Do this at least once a week. This would give your hair a new texture and you are going to love your hair.
